Welcome to our 'What’s Happening?' speed dating events. Dina and Andrea are your hosts for this speed dating event and they have taken great care to make this an exciting and unforgettable night for you. Their choice in Venue is high quality and they always ensure that you are matched with people in your age group. Your hosts will make certain that you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Unlike any other way of finding your soul mate, all you have to do is relax and enjoy yourself, your hosts will do the rest! HOW IT WORKS In a carefully chosen venue, Dina and Andrea will bring together an equal number of single men and women. On your arrival you will be welcomed with a complimentary drink and the restaurant offers 10% discount on all foods for our speed dating singles. You may like to order some food in advance or have a meal with your new found friends after the event. At 7.15pm sharp the bell rings and you will start your 7 minute date. At the ring of the bell you will be asked to go to your next date. 'What’s Happening?' guarantees a minimum of eight dates. If you would like to meet someone again and that someone wants to meet you too! you will be matched and you receive each others details the very next day. The rest is up to you! We recommned to make contact as soon as possible, while the flame is still burning! It really is THAT easy, and with at least eight dates per night, you are bound to find what you are looking for! WHAT TO DO NEXT Simply complete the registration form to tell us about yourself. 'What’s Happening?' will then match you to the next suitable speed dating event. Events are held almost every week on the Gold Coast and therefore a suitable event will come up within a couple of weeks. When you are invited to an organised event, we ask you to provide us with your payment within 24 hours. Only then can we accept and secure your booking. It is important at Speed Dating events that numbers are equal and if you are not able to attend, we ask you to let us know as soon as possible to allow for someone else to take your spot. It is free to register on the 'What’s Happening?' website. Only when we send you an invitation to a suitable event will we ask you to provide a payment. You can either pay on our secure web page or call Dina on 0411 705 976 with your credit card details. We will confirm the dates with you a couple of days before the event and we ask you to let us know if you are not able to attend as it is crucial for the numbers to be equal to make speed dating a successful event. When you arrive on the night, Andrea and Dina will provide you with your name tag, your complimentary drink and your match card on which you write the names of your dates. This will allow your hosts to determine all matches and provide you with their details the next day. One night of speed dating costs $ 55.00 and includes: * A minimum of 8 dates * A complimentary drink on arrival with snacks *10% discount on all food at the venue.
